There is no growth in career since last 20 years . no visibility of work . job environment is also not good. my Jupiter mahadasha started but so far I did not see any improvements ..please advise the timeline when will I get career growth and stability with mental piece.

I think you will have a good supportive time from 29 Nov 2024 and so on till 2025. Also as Jupiter moved to Taurus in April you will feel more confident.
