Hello Pragya, I haven't come across a classical text / ancient wisdom in the Astrology books that can tell about the initials. What I see is exalted Mars in 4th, Moon the Lord of partners house in a friendly sign, Venus though in 6th but in friendly sign as good signs for a happy wedding. You are Manglik so there might be a delay but I suggest you to match your horoscope well before marriage. it's highly likely that when Jupiter transits into Taurus you will get suitable proposals or will get married post April 2024.
