Are there any chances for me to go to abroad this year in which month I am planning for my masters in USA if I go will i face any struggles or everything will be fine do I settle well

yes, you may go the chances are good this year for you to go and. 2024 April onwards it can happen anytime.

since 3 months are only left in 2023 to finish. Ju-Me-Ve period starting post 27th October will create chances for you to travel. but the next upcoming dasa of Jup-Me-Sun brings more onsite opportunities starting second half of march.
